“Purchasing Concert Tickets and Your Rights” by Tabéa: This week, the Music section’s Editor shares some of the main rules in order to respect The Consumer Protection Act when purchasing concert tickets. Reminders for when you’re thinking of buying outside of an official sale are mentioned as well as Concordia student’s advice to implement when doing so. Student’s experiences of getting ahold of tickets online also confirm the common frustration that can come with engaging with certain platforms, such as the notorious Ticketmaster.

How a bike becomes home by Shaghayegh Naderolasli
Between the summers of 2020 and 2023, a group of friends cycled all the way from Victoria, British Columbia, all the way to St. John’s, Newfoundland, spanning 10 provinces and over 11,000 km. Among them was photographer and Concordia student Sampson McFerrin, who spoke to the Concordian at the group’s exposition Viavélo, held at the Woodnote, which featured a collection of photographs from their adventure.
