Happy Monday, everyone! We hope you had a restful break and are ready to get those hands drawing! We’ve got three articles this week needing graphics, check them out below and email me at graphics@theconcordian.com to claim one! All these graphics are due Sunday, March 12th.
Title: Why themed parties suck
Description: Themed parties sound like a fun idea, but are they too stressful and time-consuming for guests?
Suggestion: Two people in disjointed themed costumes (one half-ballerina, half-shark and one half-firefighter, half-judge) with a text bubble from one of them reading “So what are you meant to be?” in a classic newspaper-cartoon style.
Title: A Look at Physical: 100
Description: This new Korean reality competition show subverts stereotypes that portray Asian people as weak or lacking athleticism.
Suggestion: One or a few of the characters from the show doing some crazy physical feat (vaulting, climbing rope, pushing a boulder up a hill).
Title: Prankster in Webster library
Description: A student has been blasting Andrew Tate videos in the Webster Library, and this article discusses how this reflects on the library’s security.
Suggestion: An overwhelming amount of phones and screens showing Andrew Tate’s face (gross).
That’s all for this week, everyone! Thanks for reading, and shoot me an email at graphics@theconcordian.com to claim your graphic.
Have a good night!
